As part of the reconstruction, the parking area for the facility will be relocated onto a neighboring parcel (6513214023) already owned by Security Water and Sanitation. Additionally, a portion of the existing driveway and landscaping for the facility will be reconfigured to provide better traffic flow onsite. As part of the driveway and parking reconfiguration, the southernmost existing driveway for the facility will be shifted south along Security Boulevard. Site disturbance for the reconstruction will be less than 1-acre

1. Are all of the structures on site under the same address of 231 Security Blvd? Our permit history is dated and cannot verify all of the structures on 64132-14-106. If this is the case, today standard are that each detached commercial structure must have a separate address. What is the address to the pump house? The garage/cold storage is addressed as 233 Security Blvd, is this the address posted? 2. The steel warehouse/garage 231 Security Blvd, the main Water & Sanitation Building is under 231 Security Blvd, on 64132-14-105. An address change is required for one of the structures on this site.
