Details from applicant: Vertical Bridge (VB) is proposing a new 75' monopine Commercial Mobile Radio Service (CMRS) Facility with Verizon Wireless as the primary tenant. Construction of telecommunications and public utility facility, consisting of cell tower, space for carrier equipment, and a utility backboard will be within a fenced compound. No water or sewer is proposed. This will be an unmanned facility.
