Under the initial site development plan for parcel 5528211001 (Can be found under file number PPR2029 in EDARP) the area of the proposed tower development was excluded from the runoff treatment area because it was designated to be returned to an undisturbed state. Since the proposal changes the vegetated area to a gravel surface it needs to be documented that the runoff from this area: A) is being treated before leaving the property or B) qualifies for another applicable exclusion. To document this we are going to require you to submit a PCM Applicability Form for review. It is probably easiest for you to use the exclusion ECM I.7.1.C.1.A that allows 20% of a development up to 1 acre to be excluded from the Water Quality Capture Volume since the fire station development plan (PPR2029) did not use all of the acreage under this exclusion. I've attached a partially filled out PCM Applicability form that reflects the usage of this. Please provide the following document(s) upon resubmittal (the planner will need to send an upload request): -PCM Applicability Form Reviewed by: Zachary Jannusch Associate Engineer - Stormwater 719.500.3170 ZacharyJannusch@elpasoco.com |

1. Please use 7610 Wayfarer Way for the tower. The address to the lot should not be used. 2. How tall is the chain link fence? How tall is the fence after the barb wire is placed on top. If the fencing with the barb wire exceeds 7’, a separate address will need to be assigned along with a separate permit. Please clarify. You can email me directly.
