V2_ Planning review complete. All planning comments on Site Plan, Lighting Plan, and Application were resolved. It was observed that PPRBD Enumerations had not been added as a reviewing agency when the project was created. They have now been added and a comment request was sent. It is anticipated that they will provide an Electrical Address. If this is the case, please add this Electrical Address to the Site Plan Drawings. (The Property Address should remain, please just add a second line.) Two edits are needed on the Letter of Intent: (1) Our department has another project type with the name "Administrative Relief". Because this project is going to the PC and BOCC hearing bodies, they will be the ones approved any alternative design. To avoid causing confusion for the hearing bodies, please rename the title of that section and remove the reference to "Administrative Relief". (2) BBC-05-007 was already used in 2008, AL-08-004, 2620 Cody Dr. All other comments on the Letter of Intent were resolved. Please wait for the PPRBD review comment to be returned before submitting V3_. This will ensure full review may be complete and public hearings can be scheduled sooner. It is a conforming advertising device, which means it would be eligible for conversion to a CEVMS (changeable electronic variable message sign).
