DS Engineering Comments: 1. County would request that City annex S. Charter Oak Road and Santa Fe Avenue. If the roads are not annexed, a County Access Permit will be required. 2. TIS is referencing that project is looking to annex into Fountain. Suggest updating that to reference project is now annexing into City. 3. As the project progresses further, request copies of the drainage report be forwarded for review, due to impacts to County infrastructure downstream. EPC Engineering Comments: 1. Please provide a copy of the drainage report & traffic report for review when they are submitted for the project. The drainage report will look at downstream impacts to county storm infrastructure and the TIS will look at impacts to Charter Oaks Drive, a county owned and maintained road.
