Thank you Engineering Review Ver.2 Please see engineering review comments on the following documents (to be uploaded by the project manager): Site Plan Drawing_V2 Land Development Violations: Prohibited use of applicable zoning district. Description: Auto Sales operating with no Special Use permit, Site Development Plan, and Sign Permit. The existing fence and auto display which are in the ROW along main street and in front of the property must be removed. The Site Plan Drawing must be sealed, signed, and dated before permitting. Please submit a request for the 2nd access permit. Two driveways / access permits are required (No driveways / access permits were issued to the existing property).
