The El Paso County Parks and Community Services Department has reviewed this rezoning application and has no objections to the rezoning of this parcel of land. The rezoning allows the parcel to fall into accordance with the approved Sterling Ranch Sketch Plan. EPC Parks looks forward to reviewing forthcoming Preliminary Plans and Final Plats, as well as working with the applicant to plan future recreational amenities for the residents of Sterling Ranch and their visitors.
