The El Paso County Parks Department has reviewed this rezoning application and has no objections to the rezoning of these parcels of land. The 2022 Parks Master Plan shows no impacts to existing or proposed parks, trails, or open space. Required Regional Park fees will be assessed upon review of the forthcoming preliminary plans and final plat(s). Rezoning applications do not require endorsement by the El Paso County Park Advisory Board, so these comments are being provided administratively.
