El Paso County Parks and Community Services Department, Final Comments: Flying Horse North Filing No. 1 Final Plat was approved and recorded by the El Paso County Board of County Commissioners and Clerk and Recorder's Office in November 2018. At that time, the applicant dedicated a 25' regional trail easement to El Paso County, and paid all necessary Regional Park Fees.
