Site development plan has water line and connections. Valve placements need to be put in development. typically curb box valves are placed on the line between water main in the public ROW and the dwelling unit as well as street intersections in each direction of the junction

There is no profile view. Water and sewer lines need to be 5-6 feet beneath final grade throughout development. sewer line needs to maintain .5% slope throughout unless pumped.

There is only one fire hydrant on the west side of the development. A second fire hydrant needs to be placed on the east side for lots 57-88 and 97-104

Comments for E911 as follows:

Streetnames are necessary for the internal access roads in this development.
Two of these can retain the logical continuation from the adjacent development - Ryedale Way and Wyedale Way.
These names should also be adjusted on the plan drawings, they are incorrect.

Two new names will be needed for the other looping roadways.

1. Wyedale can extend through the development. 2-3 other street names need to be added to this development.
2. El Paso-teller County E-9-1-1 Authority needs to be added to this project to make comment on the street names.
3. Contact Enumerations when the street names are approved and then addresses can be assigned.

1. Townhomes do not require secondary addressing(unit numbers). Since each living space is on it’s own lot a single address will be assigned to each lot.
2. I believe only two new street names should be provided for this development. An email from Justin Annan jannan@eptc911.org; or Glenn West gwest@eptc911.org; with El Paso-Teller County E-9-1-1 Authority, reserving the street names is required to be emailed to the Enumerations department. Amy Vanderbeek Amy@pprbd.org; Brent Johnson Brent@pprbd.org; or Becky Allen BeckyA@pprbd.org
3. Once the street names are in place you are welcome to request addressing from Enumerations. Contact me directly. Amy@pprbd.org
4. If you know the locations of the irrigation meter, mail kiosk, retaining walls, mark those locations as well when submitting for addressing.
