Cherokee Metropolitan District has a 10-foot-wide easement for a 20" Ductile Iron pipe that runs on the south side of your development. Attached is a GIS image of the 20" DIP along with said easement respective to it. On page 3 of your "Site Plan", on the South side of the development, the proposed Austrian Black Pines will eventually infringe on this easement via their root structures and potentially will endanger our main northern line into our District. Suggest those trees either do not go in or are moved more inward of your development. |
