2 Enumerations has no objection to turning the garages into a condo project. For clarity, we do suggest that the legal descriptions for the separate units show what was approved on the plans.

1 Attached are the Cherokee Metropolitan District approved water and sewer plans for 2510 Canada Drive. If there is ANY deviation to the attached private water & sewer plans, then the changes need to be approved by the point of contact at "bzembles@cherokeemetro.org". Failure to receive approval for any changes will result in construction being stopped by District Inspectors until approval is given.

Please sign the "Owner/Developer Plan Approval" acknowledgement in the attached Cherokee Metro approved plans and resubmit with this review packet to receive final review for water and sewer utility.
