Traffic Engineering has the following comments:

- Please provide Synchro/Simtraffic analyzes with printout sheets.
- Please apply 0.65 PHF for Friday service traffic only, and adjust between 0.65 -0.92 for mixed traffic.
- Please confirm that the traffic shown on all figures matching Synchro/Simtraffic analyzes.
- Please verify using existing deceleration lanes length for all intersections analysis.
- Please verify using existing lanes configuration for all intersections analysis.
- Provide a figure showing the year 2047 trip distribution traffic for Friday Service only. The distribution will be based on 60% traffic from the west, 20% traffic from the south, and 10% each from the north & east.
- Please apply 0.5% growth factor for Marksheffel Road south of Woodmen Road.
