Description
Project consists of: - Rebuild of existing 115 kV transmission line to a double-circuit 230 kV and 115 kV line. - Existing wood poles to be replaced with steel poles (larger pole diameter, drilled pier foundations) - Existing alignment to be maintained. - Existing pole locations to be maintained, although new poles will be offset a few feet from the existing so as to not disrupt service. - Some land disturbance due to larger footprint of individual poles, potential during construction

- Financial Assurance Estimate and/or Letter of Responsibility
- Revised letter of Intent
- Revised drainage Report

Applicant Notes:

I am requesting a response letter with your next submittal explaining how each comment was addressed (please copy and paste all comments to your response letter and respond below each comment). Please do not use the words done, fixed, etc. instead explain how you addressed each comment and indicate the sheet number and the precise location on the sheet where you addressed the comment.

Please call me at the phone number indicated below for a TEAMS meeting review prior to submittal to make sure all comments are addressed, so that we can move this project forward to approval.

FYI:
1. Please note that IF you are doing work in the floodplain, please contact Mr. Keith Curtis who is the regional floodplain administrator and he can be contacted at keith@pprbd.org or 719-327-2898 for any permits may be required in the floodplain area, please report your findings to us.
2. After approval of the Construction plans, the contractor shall obtain from EPC all necessary permits.
3. The ECM Administrator will sign and date the drainage report after all the comments are addressed.
