Prior comments from September 13, 2023: 1. Each structure will need to be converted from residential to commercial. Plans and permits will be required to be submitted to Regional Building Department (RBD). Please see our website for what is required with each department with RBD. www.pprbd.org 2. Each commercial structure is required to have a separate address. The existing barn address to school building will be 5488 Burgess Road. The existing home to school building can use the existing address 5490 Burgess Road. New comment: 3. What is the unoccupied building be the entrance to the lot? You are welcome to email me directly. 4. Separate plan and permit maybe required for the signage.
