EPC Stormwater Review
5/29/2025 12:22:13 PM
Review 2: EPC DPW Stormwater comments have been provided (in orange text boxes) on the following uploaded document(s), which will be uploaded by the PM:
- Drainage Letter
- GEC Plan
- Letter of Intent

Please provide the following document(s) upon resubmittal (the planner will need to send an upload request):
- PBMP Applicability Form. This document is required for all PPR's, even if you don't need an ESQCP or PCM, we still need to document the reasoning. So on page 3 of the form in the Notes section, state that WQ treatment is not needed because the site will be disturbing <1ac and that you are providing permeable pavers just because you want to, not because they are required. And that they will not be considered a PCM.

Paint Brush Hills Metro
2/10/2025 3:11:07 PM
Paint Brush Hills has concerns with the water tank. The current tank has a low profile, adding a tank that is 4 times the size of the current tank next to the State Land Board Property will decrease the value of that property. Building next to a tank of that size, and having the "easement" fenced off will make those lots harder to find buyers. PBHMD request that the fence be moved to the property line and the tank to have no more of a profile then the current tank. 2/10/2025 3:11:07 PM

Plans have already been submitted for this project, under the parcel address. We determined that a wrecking permit will not be required since the old structure was already removed and was not permitted and is not currently listed on the Assessors website.

Enumerations has no comment or objection to this project.
