EPC Planning Review 1: Please see comments on the Zoning Map and Letter of Intent. Primary concern - please verify the eastern boundary of the rezone request. The subject parcel does not abut the private drive located on the neighboring property. Either this map needs to be adjusted to reflect the location of this property boundary in relation to the drive, or the request needs to be amended. This would include a boundary line adjustment so as to not split zone that eastern parcel. Please let me know if you have any questions.
