The site plan and letter of intent do meet the criteria for approval within the Code as accessory uses serving the existing principal use. Planning note: applicant is responsible for verifying proposed wind towers are not within avigation easements that would preclude the use- that is a civil matter. Please work with the FAA and nearby Meadowlake Airport to address their comments. |
