See attached redlines. Comments are provided on invoice totals, remaining credits after fee offsets, and fee adjustment. Staff has no objection to the unit rates or construction costs. Note that the Drainage Board already approved the updates and only Board of County Commissioners approval is needed to document the credits (after subtracting offsets already used) and basin fee adjustment.
