Applicant proposes to supply this subdivision from wells withdrawing from the Arapahoe aquifer. Paragraph 20 of Ground Water Determination 3344-BD states that “Commission approval of a replacement plan… is required prior to approval of well permits….” The Replacement Plan approved in 3344-BD only allows the annual withdrawal of up to 1.0 AF of Arapahoe aquifer water from two wells located on 2 lots on the overlying property. Applicant thus does not appear to have a sufficient water supply to support the estimated demand of this vacate and replat. Enumerations has the following comments:

1. Addressing for Lots 2 and 3 will be from N. Ellicott Hwy., despite the fact that the private street Bunny View runs along the north edge of the property and is the . This is due to this access also serving an existing lot to the west also addressed from N. Ellicott Hwy. Enumerations feels that having 2 lots addresses from Bunny View in between multiple lots addressed from N. Ellicott Hwy would lead to confusion. Lot 2 will use the address of 2182 N. Ellicott Hwy. and Lot 3 will use the address of 2188 N. Ellicott Hwy.
2. The addresses for Lots 2 and 3 need to be added to the plat.
3. The address for the existing residence on Lot 1 will not change.
4. The title block shows incorrect Range, Township, and Section information.
5. Prior to recording, Enumerations will review the mylar for addressing, title block and street names. An Enumerations fee of $20 will be due at the time of mylar review.
