The Deviation for the southern access driveway along Canada Drive was approved with conditions.

Updated & corrected FAE V5 was received by the applicant on 12/14/22. Corrections made. Will require signature.

Updated signed Final Drainage Report Ver.6 dated 12/16/22 was received by the applicant on 12/19/22. An updated FDR and GEC Plan are needed to ensure all comments are addressed and match the Pond Design.

FYI:
- A Work in Right-of-Way Permit is required for all work within county right of way. Please apply for a permit through El Paso County Department of Public Works.
- Per LDC 1.13 any retaining wall above 4ft in height is required to have a building permit. Building permits can be obtained through the Pike Peak Regional Building Department.
- Please provide a public improvement easement and show exhibit on the site development plan for the highlighted sections of proposed sidewalk on the site development plan.

Please change the secondary addressing per the addressing plan sent to Jennifer Zezlina on 8/26/21. One separate address has been assigned for the storage space 2522 Canada Drive and the office/warehouse building is 2510 Canada Drive, and the suites will start with 100, 108, 116 etc. (jumping by 8)
2. Will any of the trash receptacles be over 7’ in height? An address will need to be assigned and a permit issued if any trash receptacle is over 7’.
