1. The documents as submitted indicate that water and wastewater is to be provided via the District. However, the documents previously provided state that water and sanitation is to be provided by Cherokee Metro District. 2. The model service plan contains aspects that are not applicable to your district. In these instances please remove. For example, in the table of contents you are not proposing extraterritorial services. 3. please ADD ALL EXHIBITS AS CALLED FOR IN THE MODEL SERVICE PLAN. 4. The development summary does not meet the requirements of the model plan. |
