Description
Requesting Early Assistance to review a proposed subdivision of approximately 52 acres within the larger 362-acre parcel known as Rock Springs Ranch. The proposed development consists of 10 large rural lots, each with a minimum size of 5 acres. A rezoning and preliminary plat are anticipated to be required, with a final plat and construction documents to follow. The current layout proposes a single access point via Murphy Road to serve all 10 lots, with a preference for a public, unpaved (dirt) road. The project team would like to discuss the submittal process and applicable requirements for the proposed development.
