DR2026-004, Douglas County is proposing revisions to multiple Sections of the Zoning Resolution which would allow a property owner to let non-residents exercise their animals on a property. The use would be within a broadened use category of “training lessons and exercising sessions of non-owned animals.” The proposed revisions also clarify that horse boarding and animal training and exercising are distinct uses.
