11 acre hope to be able to split back to 2 5 ish acre properties. Want to add be able to add second home. Only 1 home only. It would be a mother in law suite or entire home for family members etc. I understand that property was 2 parcels combined to one due to current home being built onto lot lines. I understand set back requirements and am hoping lot lines could be placed in way that allows setback requirement to house currently there as well as meet requirements for well to be added to second 5 acre property when necessary.
