Description

DR2025-006 Douglas County is proposing regulations for agritourism activities and related uses. The regulations propose a new section to the Zoning Resolution, Section 22C – Agritourism Activities. The regulations include a series of new definitions for agritourism. Land use processes are proposed to match the scale and intensity of proposed agritourism activity, ranging from low intensity activities requiring no or limited County oversight to more significant agritourism operations.
