Description
Security Water and Sanitation District is proposing to reconstruct a portion of their existing administration building. As part of the reconstruction, the parking area for the facility will be relocated onto a neighboring parcel (6513214023) already owned by Security Water and Sanitation. Additionally, a portion of the existing driveway and landscaping for the facility will be reconfigured to provide better traffic flow onsite. As part of the driveway and parking reconfiguration, the southernmost existing driveway for the facility will be shifted south along Security Boulevard. Site disturbance for the reconstruction will be less than 1-acre
