- Description
- To construct an approximate 1 mile long, 24 to 30-inch diameter wastewater redundancy line from just south of Judge Orr Road talong drainageway north east of Eastonville road to Snaffle Bit. Meridian Service Metropolitan District (MSMD, the District) is nearing construction of a parallel sewer line within the Woodmen Hills Metropolitan District (WHMD) service boundary. The reason for this project being within another district is because MSMD uses (and has for decades) WHMD’s gravity sewer system to convey flows to a shared wastewater lift station. This joint use of WHMD’s sewer system has been allowed via an intergovernmental agreement between the districts. The purpose of this project is to alleviate wastewater flows in existing, shared gravity sewer lines owned by WHMD.
