FOR LOTS WHICH ARE SUBJECT TO SETBACKS OF EITHER 3 FT OR 7 FT, THE GOVERNING DIMENSIONAL STANDARD IS 10 FOOT BUILDING SEPARATION. LOTS MAY HAVE SETBACKS WHICH DIFFER FROM THE 3 FT OR 7 FT AS IDENTIFIED, AS LONG AS THE 10 FOOT BUILDING SEPARATION IS MAINTAINED. MINIMUM SETBACK IS 3 FEET AS LONG AS THE 10 FOOT BUILDING SEPARATION IS MAINTAINED.
