The Black Forest Land Use Committee is opposed to this proposal and recommends denial. 1. The dense zoning requested is far more dense than allowed under the El Paso County master plan. 2. That area at the intersection of hwy 105 and hwy 83 is prone to accidents and this would only increase the traffic. 3. The proposed density if completely incompatible with surrounding residential development. |
