MVEA has existing electric and/or broadband facilities within and adjacent to the subject parcel and reserves the right to access its facilities as necessary for inspection, maintenance, repair, replacement, upgrades, and emergency operations, which may require the use of trucks and other utility equipment. Black Forest Fire Rescue Protection District (BFFRPD) has reviewed the submitted request for administrative relief at 11770 Ada Lane. BFFRPD has no objection to the proposed patio enclosure as shown on the submitted plans. The proposed improvement does not appear to negatively impact existing fire apparatus access or emergency response access to the property. All construction shall comply with applicable adopted fire code requirements and Colorado Wildfire Resiliency Code (CWRC) requirements if triggered by the scope of work. BFFRPD has no additional comments at this time. |
