The proposed structure will be utilized exclusively in support of the property's ongoing agricultural operations. -Agricultural activities conducted on the property include pasture restoration, grass seeding, soil preparation and cultivation, livestock management, and the operation and storage of farm and ranch equipment used in these activities.-The structure will serve as an agricultural building for the storage of ranching equipment, implements, agricultural supplies, grass seed, livestock-related materials, and other items necessary for the cultivation and maintenance of grazing lands. -The building is intended solely for agricultural purposes associated with the maintenance and improvement of cattle grazing land and livestock operations.
