Engineering Review Ver.1 See comments on the following documents SDP_V1 Please provide a Letter of Intent that details the traffic generation and the ability to meet a TIS exception under Engineering Criteria Manual Section B.1.2.D. If not able to meet, then a Traffic Memo is required. In the Letter of Intent please discuss if chargers will be operable 24/7 when store is closed. No Engineering Comments on new building addition itself. No change to impervious % or runoff. A drainage report and CDs will not be required Road Impact fees will be based on new building addition and EV station. Review 1: EPC DPW Stormwater has no comments. The proposed COM will not disturb over an acre. If the area of disturbance exceeds 1 acre at any time, all work must be stopped and an ESQCP must be obtained in order to resume construction. EPC Project Manager: no re-review necessary.
