Review 1. Engineering comments on the following documents: - As-built drawings Applicant Notes: - A PA walk has is scheduled for 9/23/26 and additional comments may be generated after the PA walk. - EPC Development Services Engineering never had the opportunity to review the underdrain outfall details as are presented in these record drawings and it was not included in the approved plans. Any issues caused by the underdrain outfall into the forebay regarding the forebay, pond, or outlet structure are the responsible of the Developer and/or Metro District and not the County.
