Please see attached updated ROW License Agreement. Certain highlighted changes were accepted and additional edits are included in track changes. Please include Exhibit B to this agreement and fill in the Licensee information in the signature block (and the information of someone with authority to act on behalf of the Licensee). With respect to Exhibit B of the PCM Maintenance Agreement, please 1) add/label the location of the detention pond and 2) use a different color or shading to highlight where the access and maintenance easement is. The Exhibit/map should clearly depict where the easement is in relation to the detention pond(s). It should also abut a public road so the County has legal access.
