Owner is requesting a meeting with County to discuss the ramifications of CDOT's Hwy 24 access closure to this business. Since the owner now has to access at the rear of his lot. It changes fencing, access, impervious area, drainage, etc. See LOI for further information If possible, would like CDOT to be included in the invite, but understand if their schedule does not allow.
