1 The United States Air Force Academy (USAFA) has received the Ascent Church Building Height (ADR263) review request. Since our aircrafts fly near this area, the USAFA requests that the county considers asking the applicant to file an avigation easement with the El Paso County Clerks and Recorders Office as well as place a noise notice on the revised final plat and development plan.

The avigation easement and noise notice instructions have been attached to this comment. Once the avigation easement has been filed please send the recorded document, with the reception number, to our Community Planner Sabrina Untal at sabrina.untal.ctr@us.af.mil and 10ces.cenp.usafadevreviewgrp@us.af.mil.
