EPC DPW Stormwater has no comments on this project. Note: A permanent stormwater quality facility (i.e. pond, rain garden, etc.) is required when over 1 acre of development has been added to a parcel since 2008. The original building and parking lot are pre-2008, but the parking lot addition was post-2008 and counts towards the 1 acre of development. It is only ~1/3 of an acre but it is good to keep this requirement in mind when considering future development of the property.
