1 Planning review complete. The submitted site plan correctly implements the approved Special Use request. No changes or corrections are needed. This will be forwarded to the Planning Manager for stamp of approval on the site plan.

Once this is complete, the stamped version will be uploaded to EDARP. Please download this verision and include it with your future building permit submission to PPRBD. The Road Impact Fee will be due at the time of building permit.

Please continue working with your Code Enforcement Officer to implement the required changes to the property!

Thank you,
Miranda Benson

1 Review 1: EPC DPW Stormwater has no comments. EPC Project Manager: no re-review necessary.

Note: The proposed area of soil disturbance is less than 1 acre, therefore an ESQCP is not required. If the area of disturbance exceeds 1 acre at any time, all work must be stopped and an ESQCP must be obtained in order to resume construction.
