If there are no new public accesses or public improvements are planned to be constructed along Marksheffel, the City will not need to review/approve construction drawings. Removal and replacement of deficient curb, gutter, sidewalk, pedestrian ramps, etc. adjacent to site developing along Marksheffel will still be required, however. Thank you. Joel Dagnillo, P.E. Review 1: EPC DPW Stormwater does not have comments on any of the submitted documents. The limits of disturbance for this proposed utility work is already covered under the active ESQCP that was approved with SF2325, which has the same owner as this utility project. Therefore an ESQCP and all accompanying documents are not required with this utility project. For SW permitting purposes, this utility project is more seen as an add-on to the scope of SF2325. Thanks. Reviewed by: Glenn Reese, P.E. Principal Engineer - Stormwater 719.675.2654 GlennReese@elpasoco.com |
