Review 1. On page 4 of the Site Plan Drawing document, the approximate location of proposed telco handholes are shown within the Marshbern Court right of way (El Paso County owned and maintained). If the final location of these handholes will be within the right of way, a work in the right of way permit must be completed prior to the commencement of any work within the right of way.
