V1_Planning review is complete. The area of attached signage does meet the Code. No revisions are needed to the sign plan or site plan drawing packet. Planning cannot approve this sign permit until a Rezoning or Variance of Use project is pending for the current use. Instead of deniying this request, I am going to open an EDARP request for a second submittal.
