Thank you for the opportunity to review the proposed Variance of Use Application! Upon review the Falcon Highway Bicycle Route is near the subject parcel, it will be contained within the ROW and this project will not create impacts. Additionally, the Falcon Vista Trail (Secondary Regional Trail) is near the subject parcel, it is on the North side of Falcon Highway and upon review staff have found this will not have immediate impacts either. With the previous items reviewed El Paso County Parks staff has found that there are no immediate impacts to El Paso County parks, trails, open space, or other El Paso County Parks related items. El Paso County Parks staff will not have comments regarding this project. Thank you! Ashlyn Mathy Parks Planner Park Planning Division El Paso County Parks Department Office: 719.520.6999 |
