The 2022 El Paso County Parks Master Plan shows no impacts to existing or proposed parks, trails, or open space. As such no trail easement dedications will be necessary for this project. However, regional park fees will be assessed upon review of any forthcoming platting actions. It is not necessary for EPC Parks staff to attend this early assistance meeting. Thank you!
