Review #1: 1. No anticipated impacts to County transportation network. The site is accessed via Commercial Boulevard which is within the City of Colorado Springs and not owned/maintained by El Paso County. 2. A Drainage Report was not submitted for review to determine impacts to unincorporated El Paso County. Please provide any drainage report submitted with the development plan for review and possible comments by County staff. Per figure 3 of the Engineering Design and Operations Plan (EDOP), an approximately 10,000 sq. ft. work area is proposed for the Stericycle facility and stormwater will flow to an existing catch basin that may outfall to Fountain Creek. reviewed by: Daniel Torres danieltorres@elpasoco.com |
