Enumerations has the following comments: 1. The access to this lift station is shown as coming from a new subdivision which is not platted at this time, and will not be platted for a considerable time. Where is the access going to be prior to plat recording? An address will need to be assigned from that access in order to submit plans for permit. Prior to submitting plans, submit a site plan to Enumerations showing the location of the scope of work and the access so that an address can be established. 2. Once the proposed Waterbury subdivisions are platted, an address change which reflects the new access location for the proposed lift station will need to be completed. When submitting a site plan to establish an address for the initial build, it must be accompanied by an address change request which will be executed when the subdivision plat is recorded, thereby changing the access to the lift station.
