Project Name: Sharon Bennett Ranch
Description: Current parcel is ~39-acres with one historical principal structure already on site. Preliminary discussions with EPC planning were centered around doing a variance of use to allow a second principal structure on site to prevent the existing ranch house from having to be removed. If that route is not feasible we would need to look at creating a 5-acre lot subdivision for the second home to be built upon and conform with the current RR-5 zoning.
