- Description
- 5050 Little Turkey Creek. The boundary lines of unplatted, legally created parcels may be modified by deed in order to accommodate property transfers where no additional lots are created. LDC Section 7.2.2.(E)(4) "Boundary Line Adjustment between Unplatted Parcels". There will be no change to the number of parcels, all resulting parcels will maintain the zoning district’s lot size (minimum 5 acres), and this will not be creating a nonconformity. The parcels were part of “Eagle’s Nest” and were created prior to subdivision regulations in 1972.
