Does this plan need water and sewer? The proposed 775 building calls out water and sewer appurtenances but there is no showing of utility tie in. Description of work says "administrative plan review... no major changes" but there are plans to add a new building (775) with water and sewer. There are no water and sewer plans in this submission. Cherokee needs to see the water and sewer lines within your property boundary. Show existing service line connections from the water and wastewater mains in Conrad Street to the property, at 777 and then to the proposed building(s). Also, there are two called out proposed buildings but the plans only address 775. The "existing" building does not exist. The northeast most "proposed" building is the existing building (I drove by, site is a minute away from Cherokee office). Plumbing plans for new building do not show how proposed buildings' water and sewer tie into existing infrastructure within the property (if they do). Will new building(s) be separately metered? If new building is being metered separately from 777 then show connections from the new building to the water/wastewater mains in Conrad Street. If new building is not going to be separately metered, then show the tie into the existing water and sewer infrastructure within the property. |

Plumbing plans for new building do not show how they connect to the existing service lines (if they do). Will new building be separately metered? Show existing service line connections to the property from the water and wastewater mains in the road to the west of the compound If new building is being metered separately then show connections from the new building to the water/wastewater mains i the road. Attached are Cherokee Metro District meter and backflow assembly specifications. |
