Engineering comments on the following documents (to be uploaded by project manager): - None Please upload the following documents with the next submittal: - None Applicant Notes: FYI: The Road impact fee is due when the building permit is issued. An Access Permit is required for this site, please do the following to create it: 1. Click on the following hyperlink EDARP (if this doesn’t work, use the following link https://epcdevplanreview.com) 2. Select “Initiate a minor application” to create the Access Permit 3. Type your email address into the email address field at the top of the web page 4. Select the 1st choice “Access Permit (standalone)” 5. Go all the way down on the web page and select “Send Code” 6. Check your email box for the Code (usually it takes about 5 minutes to get to you) 7. Enter the Code and follow the instructions on the web page to continue. This will take you to “Access Permit/Driveway (AP)” web page 8. Select the following option at the bottom of the web page “Driveway Access WAIVER” 9. Then, complete the permit with all necessary information to get the Access Permit issued (this process will allow your client to pay the reduced fee for the Access Permit). Respectfully submitted.
